WHAT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT FACTOR WHEN BUILDING A CUSTOM HOME FOR A CLIENT?

Communication between the contractor and client is most important and when done effectively can make the building experience positive for all parties involved.

 

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO BUILD A CUSTOM HOME?

This is a question I am asked frequently, and there is no exact answer.  Many factors such as size, design, client change orders can delay or prolong the building process.  A majority of custom homes can be built within an eight to twelve month period.

 

 

ARE YOU LICENSED AND INSURED?

Brady Hayek Homes is licensed and insured in both the State of Wyoming and California.

Like in any industry, I realize you have several choices when deciding who will construct your new home.  Brady Hayek Homes has always felt our number one job is to steer the client the best we can and ensure their investment is protected.  We do this through our experience, effective communication, integrity and our long track record of building homes in both Jackson, WY and Coronado, CA.  In short, if you aren’t happy, we aren’t either.
